KRWLEGAL provides legal services in the field of cybersecurity, focusing in particular on advising operators of essential services in adapting their activities to the requirements resulting from the provisions of the Act on the National Cybersecurity System and the implementing provisions to this Act. We offer our Clients representation in proceedings regarding the issuance of a decision on recognition as operator of essential services and in control and supervisory proceedings, including regarding fines imposed by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. We also offer advice on the ongoing performance of obligations under the Act on the National Cybersecurity System, including particularly such fields as: proper implementation of the appropriate and proportionate technical and organisational measures to manage the risks posed to the security of network and information systems,  preparation of documentation regarding the cybersecurity of the systems or conducting and documenting the risk assessment of incidents and risk management in this respect.
